"I had Lorraine as my coach in career. She in phenomenal. I had an amazing experience with her. She is a package of what a person can dream about having a coach. Knowledgeable, always prepared, very accountable, trustworthy, and fully present to help her client to get the best results possible. I was so impressed with her ability to solve problems, giving me fantastic suggestions. She was always very supportive, and always delivered better than I expected. I STRONGLY recommend her to everyone. I will definitely come back again to use her expertise. She is a STAR."

The MER model helped me experience breakthrough and change when other practitioners said it was impossible. Lorraine facilitated a safe and empowering environment, giving me the space and encouragement I needed to experience that change. I highly recommend her to anyone who is feeling stuck in trauma or situations where healing seems impossible.

Lorraine, I first want to thank you so much for taking the time to work with me. I’ve truly never experienced anything like that! I will say that I woke up yesterday morning feeling productive and ready to get the day started. I was able to get my work done with little worry and no distraction until it was time to log off. After our session, I was mentally exhausted from revisiting repressed memories and emotions that I’ve avoided acknowledging for so long, but I ultimately walked away feeling lighter and more clear headed than I’ve felt in a while. I feel ready to put the work in and take each step day by day, focusing on the small accomplishments that lead to my overall goal. I’m recognizing that this will take time and there may be some days better than others, but I know that I’m moving in the right direction.
